Area continues digging out following storm

winter storm left the Mountain Home area and surrounding communities partially paralyzed, efforts continued this week to restore city roadways and neighborhoods.

According to city street department director Gene Palmer, last week's cooler weather was actually beneficial because it slowed down the amount of snow and ice that was melting and then flowing down the city's streets.
