New to the city's police force

Devin Mackley attaches a police badge to the uniform worn by her husband, Officer Philip Mackley, as he was sworn in as Mountain Home's newest police officer during a ceremony on Dec. 29. Originally from Oregon, the couple attended college in Rexburg before he accepted a job with the city police department here.
