Veterans: Holiday extends into schools

"Today, we celebrate America's veterans for their patriotism, love of country, and their choice to serve and sacrifice for our common good," said Col. Jefferson O'Donnell, commander of the 366th Fighter Wing at Mountain Home Air Force Base, during Friday's address.
Representatives from local veterans organizations presented wreaths during this year's ceremony at Mountain View Cemetery.
