Base's water pipeline project moves forward

Plans to build a water pipeline from the Snake River to Mountain Home Air Force Base continued to move forward last week as the Idaho Water Resource Board met on Thursday.

The Idaho Department of Water Resources expects to put out a request for proposal to hire an owner's advisor by January to oversee the project.
