Driver killed in single-vehicle rollover

A Mountain Home man died Friday morning as a result of a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 20 northeast of Mountain Home.
The 53-year-old driver of the 2004 Chevy truck was traveling eastbound on the highway when the vehicle drifted across the westbound lane around 9:15 a.m.
According to a press statement released by the Elmore County Sheriff's Department, the truck then left the roadway and drove through some sagebrush before it rolled and came to rest in a ravine on the north side of the highway near milepost 116.
The driver sustained severe injuries as a result of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. His name is currently being withheld pending notification of his family.
