Clown report spurs advisory

Mountain Home police issued an advisory Monday afternoon urging local residents to avoid being part of the "creepy clown" phenomenon that's popping up in communities across the United States.

The issue began showing up on social media in recent weeks in which people are allegedly dressing up as clowns in an effort to scare people.
