Taking on the Falcons

Mountain Home midfielder Jesse Pedroza goes for the steal as the Tigers battle the Vallivue Falcons during varsity action Aug. 29 at East Side Park. The Tigers saw mixed results against the visiting team from Caldwell with the junior varsity squad beating Vallivue, 4-1, and the varsity boys falling, 0-12. The Tigers saw similar struggles against Skyview on Aug. 31 with the boys varsity and junior varsity teams falling to the Hawks in a pair of shutouts. Both soccer teams returned home on Tuesday to take on Emmett and return to the road Thursday, Sept. 8, to face Ridgevue.
