Promoting a love of reading

Librarian Luise House and Friends of the Mountain Home Public Library President Ed Sharp are joined by members of the non-profit group and local business representatives as they prepare to cut the ribbon to officially dedicate a new feature at the city library. The Sunflower Book Nook features an assortment of nearly 3,000 books and audio books that people can buy with the proceeds benefitting various programs that the friends group sponsors each year. The books and other items were previously donated to the library from local residents.
