Real estate market improving

Home prices in Mountain Home and across Elmore County remained on the rise earlier this year while the demand for houses in the local area indicated continued recovery following the housing market collapse eight years ago.

According to information from the Elmore County Board of Realtors last week, the average price of a single-family home from January to March stood at more than $133,291.
