Case dismissed against middle school principal

Four months after two felony charges were dismissed and a third count reduced to a misdemeanor, a case against the former principal at Hacker Middle School was dismissed last week.

John Clark, who took over as the middle school principal last August, was due to stand trial on a single count of injury to a child.
