Jo Ann DeLoach

Jo Ann DeLoach, age 81, formerly of Mountain Home, passed away at her Caldwell home on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. Services will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2016.

A viewing will be held at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, from 8 to 10:45 a.m., and a graveside service will follow at 11 a.m. at Mountain View Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.

Jo Ann was born March 31, 1935, in Buhl, Idaho, the daughter of Vaughn E. and Grace M. Shriver. She graduated from the University of Idaho with a Degree in Elementary Education.

She was a member of the Tri Delta Sorority, a member of the First Congregational Church in Mountain Home, Order of the Eastern Star and Daughters of the Nile, Alpha Delta Kappa Sorority, bridge club and a local book club.

Jo Ann is survived by her daughter, Jean, and her husband, Bob Burch; her son, Whitney, and his wife, Candace; two grandchildren, Ben (Ladonna) Burch and Aaron Burch; and a great-grandson, David. She was preceded in death by her husband Chuck DeLoach in 2013, her parents and her younger brother, William.

The family would like to thank the personal care staff at Alexander Place in Caldwell, Harrison's Hope Hospice and to Terry Stites for his compassion and care.
