The Western Elmore County Recreation District board of directors met twice over a 14-day period during the latter part of March to conduct district business.

The board of director's main topic of discussion and business revolved around donating money to local community groups to either create or enhance recreation programs.

    And where was Mr. Bondy when the past board held has many meeting s during a two week period? Oh wait, those meetings were rarely announced or held at a time when the public could make it. Nice one-sided reporting.
