With four candidate choices on the ballot last week, 246 county residents gathered at the Mountain Home Senior Center last week for a spirited evening that changed the normal "go-to-the-polls, fill out a ballot and drop it in the ballot box" vote most residents were used to seeing.

During the Elmore County democratic presidential caucus March 22, the goal was to help county residents nominate which Democratic presidential candidate they want to see run for the White House during the upcoming Nov. 8 general election.
