Report: State's water supply remains in good shape

Arrowrock Reservoir is currently storing 196.9 acre feet of water, which is trailing last year's figures, according to a report released earlier this month by the Natural Resources Conservation Service. However, the reservoir's current storage figures are approximately 112 percent above average for this time of year.

Lakes, streams and reservoirs across the state remain in good shape after winter storms last month continued to bring needed moisture to Idaho, according to a report released this month by the Natural Resources Conservation Service.

Idaho's mountain snowpack ranges from 150 percent of normal across southern Idaho to near normal in the Bear River, Upper Snake, Central Idaho, Clearwater and Panhandle Region, according to the conservation service's second report of the water year, which began Oct. 1.
