Dows to celebrate 50th anniversary

Don and Judy Dow of Mountain Home will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Feb. 26.

The couple married on Feb. 26, 1966, in Quanah, Kan.

Following their wedding, the coupled traveled to communities around the world due to Don's service with the U.S. Air Force.

They were stationed at bases in England, New York and Guam before settling down in Mountain Home in 1978.

The couple has two children and two great grandchildren.

The family doesn't plan to hold a formal reception to mark their anniversary.

"Congratulations. We love you," said their daughter, Christina Lyle.
