Glenns Ferry chamber event set for Saturday

The Glenns Ferry Chamber of Commerce will honor a member of the community during its annual installation banquet Saturday evening.

Social hour for the event begins at 6 p.m. with the banquet scheduled to follow at 7 p.m. that day at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Hall at 132 East 5th Ave.

In 2015, the event brought together nearly 140 people from Glenns Ferry and Mountain Home. This year's celebration comes following a year of positive changes in Glenns Ferry, according to chamber president Traci Stewart.
