Student earns high school's newest recognition title

Recognizing her contributions at school and in the local community a junior at Mountain Home High School received recognition through a new program aimed at recognizing students for these achievements.

Venessa Sabol was presented with the school's inaugural student of the month program, which seeks to create a culture of learning and stresses the values of academic success, civic involvement as well as personal character and values, according to school officials.
