Frances Hottin

Frances "Fran" Abbott Hottin, age 83 of Mountain Home, passed away on Friday, Dec. 4, 2015, at a local care center. Per her request, no formal services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.
