Local investment broker helps to amend state law

Jack Walborn was part of a non-profit group that helped draft a new state law earlier this year that helps investment owners in this state.

Property owners and those who own other investments in this state are benefitting from a new law that took effect earlier this summer made possible, in part, through the efforts of a local investment broker.

Jack Walborn is part of a non-profit group Trust and Estate Planning Professionals of Idaho that drafted a bill known as Community Property With Right of Survivorship, which the governor signed into law July 1.
