Base airmen launch effort to refurbish city's benches

Sidewalk benches in the city's downtown area received a much-needed facelift through a volunteer effort involving airmen at Mountain Home Air Force Base.

Eight volunteers from the 366th Equipment Maintenance Squadron's weapons flight invested roughly 50 manhours over a two-day period to refurbish and spruce up 10 sidewalk benches.
