District gets first look at new state testing

Following its first year under a state-wide revision to academic standards at schools here and across Idaho, the Mountain Home School District received its first progress report on how its students performed during a new testing program.

Last spring, students here completed their Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium, or SBAC, exams which measured their proficiency in mathematics and language arts.
