County planning & zoning denies subdivision permit

A proposed housing development that came under fire by local residents in recent weeks took a step back after the county planning and zoning commission voted against the project.

The conditional use permit for the Blue Sage subdivision was one of three agenda items the county commission addressed during its June 17 public hearing.
