Preliminary hearing waived in arson case

Storm Woodin, a Mountain Home man linked to an arson case at the Day Meadows Apartment complex back in October, waived his right to a preliminary hearing during his court appearance Dec. 23.

Woodin, 18, was bound over to district court where he will face charges of harboring and protecting a person charged with a felony as well as concealing evidence in connection with the Oct. 23 blaze.
