James Bryn Wagoner Sr., 79, of Grand View, Idaho, formerly of Manhattan, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, at a care center in Boise, Idaho.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., on Tuesday, Feb. 18, at Mountain View Cemetery in Mountain Home, Idaho. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, 500 N. 18th East St., in Mountain Home.

Jim was born Sept. 14, 1934, to Walter Lynn Wagoner and Ada Berroth-Wagoner in Wamego, Kan.

Jim married Lois Ruth Isaacson on June 18, 1960, at the home of her parents in St. George, Kan.

Jim served in the U.S. Army and spent his adult life working as a journeyman lineman.

He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Jim is survived by his brothers, Richard Wagoner of Manhattan, Kan., and Don Wagoner of Wamego, Kan., his daughters, Emma Ruth Wagoner and Amanda Rose Wagoner-Fisher, both residing in Grand View, his son, James Bryn Wagoner Jr., residing in Grangeville, and his granddaughter, Lois Rose Fisher, residing in Phoenix, Ariz.

Jim was proceeded in death by his parents, Walter and Ada Wagoner, his wife ,Lois Ruth Isaacson-Wagoner, and his grandson, Eric Alan Fisher.
