Cotnoir, Foss tie knot

Katherine A. Cotnoir and Robert J. Foss, both of Mountain Home, were united in marriage May 25, 2013, at Legacy Park in Mountain Home.

Pastor David Shifflett of Boise officiated the ceremony.

The bride's son, Thomas J. Cotnoir of San Diego, Calif., gave her away. The couple thanked all the family and friends who attended.
