Winners named in shop local contest

The Rev. Linda Hann receives $100 in $2 bills from Sue Gross with the city's economic development office during a presentation ceremony last week. Hann and Jennifer Krebs were named the winners of the recent "Shop Local for the Holidays" campaign. Others attending last week's presentation included Dig-It representatives Tammy McCloud and Mary Morin and Paula Riggs, who heads Mountain Home's economic development office.
A local business development organization named the winners of a recent effort that offered incentives for people that spend their dollars in the Mountain Home area.
Jennifer Krebs and the Rev. Linda Hann were singled out as the top shoppers during the "Shop Local for the Holidays" campaign.
