Mountain Home News: Obituaries: Pamela Tryfonas (07/06/12)

Pamela V. Tryfonas, 65, of Mountain Home died June 26, 2012, at a Boise Hospital. A graveside service was held Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Mountain View Cemetery in Mountain Home. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Pamela was born June 27, 1946, in Colorado to Thomas and Helen Vlasis. Pamela loved the great outdoors, target shooting, fishing, camping, growing purple lilacs and anything to do with knitting, crocheting and sewing.

In 2001, Pamela met Michael in an internet chat room. They quickly fell in love. In 2002, Pamela moved to Mountain Home, Idaho, to be with her loving partner Michael, where they resided for 10 years together.

Pamela is survived by her partner, Michael Petter; three daughters, Leann Ballentine, Tiphaney Griffin and Helana Suth; son, Scott David Lisonbee; 12 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by both her parents and two sons, David and Jimmy.
