Initial results: Nielsen faces upset, levy passes

A long-time state representative faced defeat while a supplemental school levy gained widespread support during Tuesday's primary election.

Out of the more than 9,800 registered voters in the county, more than 3,400 people cast ballots in Mountain Home and surrounding communities, according to unofficial results from county election officials.
