'Not even close...'

Thursday, May 10, 2012

Jesse Pugh, a junior at Mountain Home High School, quickly veers off course as he tries to walk a straight line while wearing a pair of "beer goggles" during a health fair at the school May 2.

Hosted by the Health Occupation Students of America club at the high school, the vision-impaired test was one of four events held that day that focused on student issues like smoking, teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.

The event coincided with the National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy observance.

  • The MHSD and their Board must wear those same beer goggles when it comes to budgets, spending and comments in an open meeting. Yes, all about the kids.

  • OnionMissy:

It's quite clear from all your other comments made on the Mtn Home News website that you have a deep hatred of the Mountain Home School District. From this post one could surmise that your disdain extends to the students as well. Not even one positive word of encouragement or congratulations? Too bad you can't see past your anger and hatred to congratulate the Health Occupation Students of America on a job well done. Way to turn a positive into a negative!
