Bruneau Boosters schedule benefit auction

Thursday, February 16, 2012
Initial groundwork on a quick response unit facility in Bruneau moved forward following the recent demolition of a former grocery store in the rural community. Proceeds from the upcoming boosters benefit will help with the construction of the actual facility.

Looking to improve the quality of life in their rural community, the Bruneau Boosters will host their annual community auction Feb. 25 at the Bruneau American Legion building.

The auction begins with a free dinner at 5:30 p.m. with the auction following at 7 p.m.

The boosters kicked off their yearly fundraising efforts to build a facility for the community's quick response unit while making needed improvements at the Legion headquarters there.
