Save the peahens

Dear editor:

To the man who ran over one of the peahens on Terrell Drive... shame on you! It's one thing to do it on accident, but to do it on purpose truly is shameful.

We have all been enjoying "the girls" since early spring, and now the remaining bird seems lonely and rather lost.

Does anyone out there know how to catch a peahen so she can be relocated with her own kind?
