High school yearbook team earns gold

Members of the high school yearbook staff show off the national award they won earlier this month.

The 2011 Mountain Home High School yearbook, The Prophet, recently received a Gold Medal from the national scholastic press association, placing it in the top 10 percent of today's student yearbooks across the nation.

"The best of today's student yearbooks reflect a rising tide of achievement and accomplishment in reporting the school year," said Edmund Sullivan, executive director of the National Scholastic Press Association.
