Area men face federal drug charges

Jaime Guerrero, of Glenns Ferry, was indicted in U.S. District Court and charged with two federal felony counts of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.

According to the indictments received from the U.S. Attorney's Office, on or about Aug. 30, 2011, and again on or about Sept. 14, 2011, Jaime Guerrero and another local man, Raul Garcia-Rosales, of Mountain Home,"did knowingly and intentionally distribute and possess with intent to distribute a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance...."
