'Uncle Bob' convicted... again

A former Elmore County man, who served 15 years in prison for a child sex abuse case here, was convicted last week in Malheur County, Ore., on 23 counts of encouraging child sexual abuse by possessing child pornography.

Robert Dennis Kilby, 67, had previously been sentenced to prison in Elmore County in 1995 on two counts of sexual abuse of a child, two counts of possession of sexual exploitative material and one count of lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor. His victims had mainly been clients of a daycare where he worked and the case became known locally as the "Uncle Bob" case.
