Organizers propose sweeping changes to youth center

Emphasizing the need for more creative outlets for local teens and children, two local parents unveiled a plan that could lead to sweeping changes to the Mountain Home Youth Center.

Introduced at a city council meeting Oct. 11, the proposal focuses on transforming the existing facility on North Main Street into a "go-to" destination for older, school-age students.
