Tiger marching band begins competition season

The Mountain Home High School Marching Band performed last week during a competition in Caldwell.

Following nearly two months of practice, the Mountain Home High School Marching Band faced off against bands across the Treasure Valley during the first of three yearly competitions last week.

Hosted by the U.S. Scholastic Band Association, the three-day event in Caldwell featured some very tough competition, said MHHS Band Director Jerry Tippets.
