Grand theft suspect bound over to district court

A Glenns Ferry woman accused of grand theft and fraud will appear in district court next month to respond to the three felony charges.

Susan R. Black waived her right to a preliminary hearing during an appearance at the Elmore County Courthouse on Friday.

Following that decision, Judge George Hicks bound her over to district court for an arraignment Oct. 3.
