Streetwalkers raise funds for fireworks show

Thursday, June 16, 2011

The annual Fourth of July Fireworks Show will be held at dusk on Monday, July 4, at the Desert Canyon Golf course.

Seating on the course is limited to the first fairway.

The event is put on by the Mountain Home Volunteer Fire Department, and annually is one of the largest fireworks shows in the region.

To help pay for the show, the annual "Streetwalkers" volunteer group of local ladies is going door to door in Mountain Home soliciting donations.

  • I didn't know that Mountain Home had any streetwalkers! Where are the police and why aren't they arresting these streetwalkers?
