Korey Hall football camp slated for June 29

The Third Annual Korey Hall Football Camp will be held will be held June 29 at Glenns Ferry High School.

Campers will have a chance to "be part of a fun-filled learning environment," said a spokesperson for the camp, which will be highlighted by the appearance of Green Bay Packers fullback Korey Hall.

Hall, a 2002 graduate of Glenns Ferry High School, went on to star with the Boise State University Broncos before he was drafted by the Packers.

Earlier this year, Hall and the Packers went on to beat the Pittsburgh Steelers in Superbowl XLV.

During this year's football camp, players will be coached on fundamentals and technique by former Boise State players, including Derrell Acrey, Andrew Browning and Jerard Rabb.

The camp is geared for youths ages 12-18.

Campers will be given lunch and a T-shirt after the event and will have a chance to get autographs from the various football players.

Applications must be received by Friday.

On June 29, the the 12- to 14-year-old group will start at 9 a.m. with the 15- to 18-year-old group beginning their practice at noon.
