Re-elect Connie Cruser

This is a letter in support of Connie Cruser for re-election as Elmore County Commissioner.

Idaho Code provides for staggered openings in public offices on boards such as schools, cities and counties. This ensures that there is continuity on these, special and very important boards, so everyone is not new at one time.

As a former elected Elmore County clerk, I have experienced the transition of many new commissioners and have personally been a new Clerk. It is difficult when there is no experience and everyone is learning at once.

We must keep some experience on the Board of Commissioners. Continuity has a real place in the makeup of our government, as it makes the transition so much easier.

Connie has served on many committees and boards while she has been a commissioner. Elmore County needs a representative on these extra committees and the added meetings take a lot of time.

I urge you to retain Connie Cruser as your commissioner for District Three.
