Church plans 'trunk or treat' event

The Calvary Chapel parking lot, 350 N. Main St. in Mountain Home, will be the site of the church's annual "Trunk or Treat" celebration.

The event will feature "lots of candy and lots of fun." Those visiting the event will go from car to car "trunk or treating." Refreshments also will be provided, along with games, booths and live music.

The free family-oriented event will begin at 6 p.m. on Sunday.
