Re-electing WECRD board will continue to show voter's will

Dear editor:

I would like to comment in favor of the new recreation center for Mountain Home and surrounding area that is in the works.

It seems there is a lot of negativity but one thing for sure the YMCA would not back the plan if it is not feasible. For those of us who are in favor, we should not be discouraged. We have good board members in place at the WERCD. They and the ones before have blazed the trail for us and have worked long and hard in the pursuit of this endeavor and are close to achieving it. Help them finish the job of enriching our community that we live in and have come to love.

Remember in this year's election vote for the people who are working for the people and we, the people, have already voiced what we want. The majority of the people want a recreation center with a indoor swimming pool according to the polls.

I am voting for the candidates to help us achieve this goal, Marsha Sellers and Jana Borgholthaus.

To direct you to the new WERCD office to cast your vote: Go by city hall to the very end of the street and go to the right. It's the large beige colored building on the left. The address is 245 E. 6th South St.
