A staff member at a local juvenile corrections center faces two counts of sexual misconduct following a preliminary hearing in magistrate court Monday afternoon.

Stephanie L. Hoagland was bound over to district court and charged with two felony counts of sexual contact with a prisoner.

That included sworn testimony from a former inmate at the Three Springs corrections facility, who developed a relationship with Hoagland that allegedly included sexual contact on two occasions.
