MHHS prepares for homecoming

Thursday, September 16, 2010

Mountain Home High School will celebrate homecoming week next week, concluding Sept. 24 with the homecoming assembly, parade, game against Middleton and crowning of the queen.

Homecoming's festivities will conclude with the homecoming dance in the junior high school gym.

The week-long series of events actually begin Saturday when each class decorates their respective hallways in various "park" themes. The senior, junior and sophomore halls remained the same, but with freshmen now a part of the high school their hallway is in the annex building. The senior theme is based on a circus park, the juniors an amusement park, sophomores will feature a haunted house and freshmen will do a water park. The theme of this year's homecoming is "Domination: A Stroll Through the Park."

  • The Sophomore Hall looks awesome, the kids really did a fantastic job and worked really long and hard on it.
