BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- A 25-year-old Florida man indicted in April on charges of kidnapping and raping an Idaho woman at the Walmart in Mountain Home in June 2003 has been brought to Idaho to face the charges.

Douglas J. Steinemer of Deltona, Fla., joined his father, Hans Holsopple, in the Ada County jail on Thursday. Both are charged with kidnapping a former Elmore County woman from the parking lot of the Mountain Home Walmart and later raping her several times in a semi-truck.

She was released by her attackers near the Oregon border.

If and when found guilty, there should only be one outcome to this tragic story. Their fate should be determined by the victim.
