Parker, Taggart to wed

Truman Parker and Terri Jones of Mountain Home have announced the engagement of their daughter, Anne Elsbeth Jones Parker, to Paul Anthony Taggart, son of Al and Ann Taggart of Mountain Home.

The bride-to-be holds a BA in Linguistic Anthropology from Colorado College.

The groom-to-be holds a BS in Foreign Area Studies from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He is a C-130 pilot stationed at Little Rock AFB, Ark.

The couple will be married in Boise on Oct. 30, 2010.
