Local students place at Academic Bowl

Battling back from a tough opening round, students from Hacker Middle School and Mountain Home Junior High School moved through the ranks to finish fourth during an Academic Bowl competition April 20.

Held at the city's middle school, the academic challenge was one in a series of tournaments scheduled throughout the year to test students from schools across the Treasure Valley.
