Bruneau-Grand View district mulls 4-day school week

The Bruneau-Grand View School District is expected to receive approximately $546,435 less funding for the 2010-2011 school year. One possibility to offset the budget cuts would be to convert to a four-day week calendar.

The school district has a committee that has been investigating a four-day school week and it has presented that information at evening community meetings at each of the district schools during the past week.
