McKenna Charter High School Board Chairman Rob Roberts draws names of those winning prizes during the school's raffle Feb. 12. Students at the charter school sold more than $1,300 in raffle tickets over the course of 12 days to raise money needed to buy a new wind turbine for the school. The school needs to raise $4,000 to purchase the turbine, which remains its last major expense before it can install the alternative energy generator on school grounds in coming months.
