Alvina Paulina Huber White Gauthier went to be with our Heavenly Father on Nov. 22, 2009.

She was born to Freida Bashans and Peter "Louie" Huber on June 6, 1928, in Mobridge, S.D.

She married Wilbur White in 1944 and had two children and three stillborn children. They divorced and she married Roger Gauthier on Aug. 31, 1949, and had 14 children.

She taught dancing in the Arthur Murray Dance Studio, worked in the Kraft Candy Kitchens along with her sister, picked pecans in Oregon, waited tables in various places besides being a full-time mother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, a sister, a stepmother, two husbands and six children.

She loved dancing and taught all her children and grandchildren to dance by putting them on her feet and dancing.

She is survived by her loving children, who she was always there for: Roberta "Jeannie" Phillips of Kinnear, Wyo., Linda Adams, Michell "Renee" Giles, Kevin, Robert, Brad and Greg Gauthier and Kimberly Martinez, all of Mountain Home, Beverly Keelie of Redmond, Utah, Rhonda Thayer of Tooele, Utah, 148 grandchildren, two of whom she raised, and 68 great-grandchildren.
